    Your information provision and GDPR General Data Protection Regulation

    The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) will apply as of 25 May 2018. This means that from that date onwards, the same privacy legislation applies throughout the European Union (EU). The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) then no longer applies.

    DMR Electronics EU complies with these new guidelines by providing you with the following relevant data protection.

     

    What happens to your data information after you have registered.

    Upon registration, you automatically agree that we may store your data for a maximum period of 2 year. After this period, your data will be deleted from our system.

    The term starts after your last activity, for example if:

    • You register as customer our guest
    • You create an order
    • You claim a return or guarantee
    • You change your personal information.

     

    DMR Electronics uses your data only and exclusively for:

    • Handling and delivery of your order
    • Processing and registration of payments
    • Warranty and return handling
    • Send newsletter if you have registered for it

    Your data will not be used for commercial purposes or marketing activities.
